My career began in technology as a Sales Engineer before moving into online media sales, where I built a strong commercial foundation in business development, customer engagement, and revenue generation. That experience sparked a passion for combining technology, data, and commercial strategy to drive business growth.

I transitioned into hospitality with The Leela Palace Kempinski in India and have since spent over two decades leading commercial transformation across some of the region's most recognised hospitality brands, including Rotana Hotels, Millennium Hotels & Resorts (UAE & Singapore), JA Resorts & Hotels, Erth Abu Dhabi, Al-Futtaim Group, and most recently Arada Hospitality & Entertainment.

Throughout my career, I have progressed through multiple commercial disciplines including revenue management, distribution, digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, customer experience, and business strategy giving me a unique end-to-end perspective on building sustainable commercial growth. I've led multi-brand portfolios, delivered large-scale digital transformation initiatives, launched new businesses and products, and driven measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and customer lifetime value.
